In A Pinch is a new service offered by the Give Me A Break Foundation. In A Pinch utilizes a group of mature, responsible high school students to offer free services for families “in a pinch.” We offer babysitting, rides to and from medical appointments, pick up of prescriptions, take-out food or groceries, meals, rides to kids’ activities, and anything else that is needed.
